Celestia overview

Celestia is a Educational tool. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Celestia for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective stores.

Celestia is mainly used for working with .CEL files. Other Celestia supported filename extensions besides .CEL are .CFG, .CMOD, .DSC, .FP, .SSC, .STC, .TXF, .VP, .XYZ, .XYZV.

You can open .CEL and other files with Celestia in two ways:

1. By double-clicking on .CEL file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Celestia on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. You can open .CEL file from the Celestia menu. The menu button can be found on Celestia dashboard.
