GIMP overview

GIMP is a Graphics program. You can launch it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. GIMP for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective sources.

GIMP is mainly used for working with .AI files. There are two ways of opening .AI files with GIMP:

1. By double-clicking on .AI file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If you have installed GIMP on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. You can open .AI file through the GIMP menu. To open the menu, launch GIMP, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
