Irrlicht overview

Irrlicht is an Graphics program. You can launch it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Irrlicht for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective sources.

Irrlicht supported file formats include .3DS and other formats of similar type. Other Irrlicht supported filename extensions besides .3DS are .B3D, .BMP, .BSP, .DAE, .IRRMESH, .JPG, .MD2, .MS3D, .OBJ, .PCX, .PNG, .PSD, .TGA.

There are two ways of opening .3DS files with Irrlicht:

1. You can double-click on .3DS file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Irrlicht on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .3DS from the Irrlicht menu. The menu button can be found on Irrlicht dashboard.
