OpenSSL is mainly used for working with .CRL files. Other OpenSSL supported filename extensions besides .CRL are .P10, .P7, .P7R, .PVK, .REQ, .RSA, .SPC, .PEM.
There are two ways of opening .CRL files with OpenSSL:
- By double-clicking on .CRL file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If you have installed OpenSSL on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
- You can open .CRL file from the OpenSSL menu. The menu button can be found on OpenSSL dashboard.
