There are two ways of opening .CSV files with LibreOffice:

  1. By double-clicking on .CSV file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If LibreOffice is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
  2. By opening .CSV through the LibreOffice menu. To open the menu, launch LibreOffice, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
