You can open .CSV and other files with LibreOffice in two ways:

  1. By double-clicking on .CSV file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If LibreOffice is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
  2. You can open .CSV file from the LibreOffice menu. To open the menu, launch LibreOffice, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
