There are two ways of opening .SUBLIME-BUILD files with Sublime Text:

1. By double-clicking on .SUBLIME-BUILD file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If Sublime Text is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .SUBLIME-BUILD through the Sublime Text menu. The menu button can be found on Sublime Text dashboard.
