Snap! overview

Snap! is a Educational program. You can launch it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Snap! for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on official sources.

Snap! operates with .JAR files. Other Snap! supported filename extensions besides .JAR are .SB2, .SPRITE, .YSP, .MP3, .OGG, .SB, .SCRATCH, .WAV, .YPR.

There are two ways of opening .JAR files with Snap!:

1. By double-clicking on .JAR file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Snap! on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. You can open .JAR file through the Snap! menu. The menu button can be found on Snap! dashboard.
